De Meern (NL)/ Zaventem (B), 25 januari 2012 – ICT service provider Provide Consultancy - specialized in the custom software development and projectsourcing in the financial sector - receives starting from today 2 new shareholders: Etienne Schreurs (Chairman of SAGA Consulting Group) and Mike Dawud (one of the shareholders of SAGA Consulting bv in the Netherlands). This step fits in the strategic growing plan of Provide and SAGA Consulting Group.

Mike Dawud, he becomes Managing Director of the Provide Groep, says: “The new shareholding makes it possible for Provide to improve the service towards current and new customers, as for capacity as for specialism."
The new shareholders of Provide
Etienne Schreurs, Belgian IT-veteran, is founder of SAGA Consulting Group that he incorporated in June 2003. Since that date he is as chairman responsable for the impressive growth. SAGA Consulting Group is one of the fastest growing IT service providers in Belgium. The company employs 400 employees and realized in 2011 a turnover of 36 million euro. The company has its headoffice in Zaventem and has also other establishments in Waver, Hasselt and Eindhoven (SAGA Consulting bv).
Etienne started his career as analist-developer at DAF Eindhoven. There he received the opportunity to follow an intensive eduction of 2 years within IBM Amsterdam, but after a few years he choose for the entrepreneurship. Between 1978 and 1999 he was involved in the foundation and sale of different succesfull Belgian IT companies. Between 1999 and 2002 he had a sabbath period.
Mike Dawud is also an experienced IT entrepeneur. He left in 1995 Deutsche Bank and he found his own IT-consultancy company, later that company was bought by LCI Technology Group nv. Afterwards Mike extended this company to an IT projectsourcing company of 300 employees. In 2003 he joined the investment foundation that specifically aimes turnarounds and recovery management. At this moment Dawud has build up an impressive track record.
